Robert was admitted as a solicitor in 2002 after completing his combined Bachelors degree in Commerce and Law. Robert leads the firm’s Property, Business Structuring and Transactions Practice.

Robert has achieved a high level of experience in acting on behalf of property developers, and is able to advise on the development project lifecycle, from acquisition, to rezoning, planning and environment and through the delivery phase to successful completion and sales. Robert is aware of financier requirements for property developments and is able to ensure that the project is viable.

Robert regularly advises on risk allocation and different forms of delivery methods. He is highly adept at preparing and negotiating all the forms of associated documentation, including tender documents, heads of agreement and memoranda of understanding, agreements for lease, development agreements, consultancy agreements, as well as planning and strata related instruments.

George holds a double degree in Business and Law. He was admitted in August 2005 as a solicitor and is admitted to practice in New South Wales. George leads the firm’s Building and Construction, Commercial Litigation and Family Law practice.

George’s comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the Building and Construction industry, family law and commercial litigation has assisted him in achieving positive results for his clients.

Litigation under the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payments legislation is George’s forte. George regularly acts on behalf of Claimants and Respondents on Adjudication matters and provides extensive advice on the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payments Act 1999 (NSW).

George is adept in identifying legal and commercial issues and recommending legal options that will support the desired outcomes on behalf of his clients.

Solicitor – Accredited Specialist in Commercial Litigation

Patrick is recognised by the Law Society as an Accredited Specialist in Commercial Litigation. He also a Masters in Applied Law, majoring in commercial litigation along with a bachelors in Business Administration and Law. He was a contributing author to the Practitioner’s Guide to Civil Litigation (4th Edition).

Patrick practices extensively in litigation disputes primarily concerning contracts, construction, real property and corporations matters. He has experience acting in in various Courts and Tribunals. Although Patrick enjoys running matters to final hearing, he believes reaching an early settlement is often the best way to reach a commercial resolution.

Steven holds a Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Business & Commerce (Applied Finance) as well as a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. Steven was admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2015 and admitted in the High Court of Australia in 2016.

Steven has practised in property law and commercial law. This has allowed him to develop greater understanding of clients’ needs and has assisted him in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Steven has a sound understanding of clients’ concerns and focuses on providing clear legal advice to achieve a practical and commercial outcomes in a simple and cost-effective manner.

Steven currently works in commercial litigation and complex property matters.

Steven is fluent in the Assyrian/Chaldean and Arabic language.

Conveyancer

Tijana joined our firm in 2018 and holds a Certificate in Conveyancing after successfully completing the Conveyancing Law and Practice program in 2017 at Macquarie University.

Tijana practices in the following areas:

  • Purchase and sale of residential, commercial, rural and industrial property;
  • Off the plan sales and purchasers and preparation of contracts;
  • Power of Attorney’s
  • General Deeds and other instruments; and
  • General Advice.
